Astrid Steidl, born in 1960, is a senior teacher for biology and chemistry and has a degree in biology. She has been teaching at grammar schools in Bavaria for 22 years and at the same time participates in additional training in the fields of dieting, natural medicine, and health optimisation. She lives in Bavaria with her husband and two children.
