What We Don't Talk About
LIFE, FAMILY AND THE USUAL MADNESS
The European Championships in Pumpkin Weighing bring Patrizia and Daniel back to their childhood home. This family reunion comes at an inconvenient time for both of them: Patrizia fi nds herself in a professional and emotional cul-de-sac, and Daniel is not ready to accept that his marriage is as good as over. On top of that, his teenage daughter and little son demand his full attention. For the grown-ups, the weekend turns into a journey into their childhood, back to their brother Rafael whom they never talk about. But the past always sits at the table with them.
A turbulent weekend where auntie and niece end up at the police station, the pumpkin must not get too cold and Blanche the goldfi sh gets a swimming aid. All in all a completely normal family reunion.
Family – we can’t live with or without them
