India, a country of joie de vivre and a place to yearn for – Maria Wirth also started out there on her search for treasures 25 years ago. She met wise women and men in India, climbed to the places of pilgrimage way up in the Himalayas and watched colorful festivities as a guest. She describes her experience with the gurus of movie stars and allows us to get an authentic insight into the daily routine of ordinary people, who have taught her composure and generosity while going through difficult situations in life. Almost in passing, she imparts to us the wisdom which India shares so generously with everybody.
