Dr. Ruediger Dahlke, born in 1951, studied medicine in Munich. He went on to train as a naturopath, psychotherapist and homeopath. He has worked as a psychotherapist and purveyor of medical fasting cures since 1978. The author of works such as „Disease As a Symbol”, „Disease As the Language of the Soul”, and „The Body As the Mirror of the Soul”, as well as a lecturer, seminar-leader and coach, he is one of the most prominent figures in the field of psychosomatic medicine and the holistic health movement. 2007 saw the publication of „First Aid for the Soul”.
