The testosterone-programme for men in their prime
To be a real man, you have to stay fit. Actor Claude-Oliver Rudolph demonstrates how men can use special exercises to counteract the physical aches and pains caused by the testosterone deficiency that inevitably comes with ageing. In the role of personal trainer, he caters for all needs and requirements as he hits the ground running and takes his contemporaries through four different training programmes, helping them towards increased fitness, greater stamina, more muscle and weight loss. Starting at beginner level, the programme is raised, step-by-step, to master-class standard. Guaranteed to boost your self-confidence as well as getting you in tip-top shape.
Claude-Oliver Rudolph, born in 1956, is an actor, film director, producer and author.
