15 minutes for your well-being. In China, the Fragrant Qigong is one of the most popular forms of qigong because it gently soothes physical discomfort. To begin with, the body is detoxified through regular exercise in order to eventually be able to absorb fresh, positive life energy. The further this process evolves, the more fragrant the trainee will become. As the body becomes more vital and energised, the mind will find its inner poise. Since part of the routine is carried out sitting down, the exercises are also suitable for beginners and physically limited or elderly people.
Wenchu Jin, born in Shanghai in 1947, now lives in Germany, where he practices Traditional Chinese Medicine. He focuses on the qigong treatment of chronic illnesses. Additionally, Mr Jin also works in illness prevention, provides accompanying treatment in health insurance cases and offers evening classes.
