Darwin’s principle of the »survival of the fittest« can also transferred to the social behavior of man, particularly at work. Dr. Hans-Juergen Breuer studied economics in Freiburg/Breisgau and worked as an executive for institutes in the banking sector throughout 13 years. Since 1990, he has been working as a consultant; he founded his own consultant firmand specializes in personnel management. He studied to be a  psychologist and works today as a coach for management executives.
