Everyone has to learn. Throughout life, though the venues change. At school we learn by listening and asking questions. Why should adult life be any different? The context may be more complex and involved, but the principle remains the same.

Hans-Jürgen Breuer studied political economics at Freiburg University and has a PhD in politics. In 1990 he set up his own company specialising in personnel management and has worked as a consultant ever since. After completing training in psychotherapy, he now also works as a management coach.
