Heimo Schwilk was born in 1952 and has worked for many years as editor-in-chief for "Welt am Sonntag". Said to be the "best buddy" of Ernst Juenger, the author published numerous books and articles on German politics and history in the 1980s and 90s. The book "The Self-Confident Nation" was published by Ullstein in 1994. Today, Schwilk lives with his family in Berlin.
