A gruesome murder set in the world of the arts: in this delectably malicious thriller, horror lies in wait behind a facade of innocence.
Bittersweet and evil, an obsessive love lurks, waiting for the moment of deliverance. But the past won’t allow itself to be dismissed so easily. The director of a museum is found dead, naked, his head tilted forward, the body dumped in Joseph Beuys’ sculpture Fat Chair. On the surface the evidence seems crystal clear. But before long the yawning chasms of the human psyche make themselves apparent… Evelyn Grill creates a scenario charged with suspense, in which life itself orchestrates all the moves and crime is concealed where it is least suspected.
