Sonja Rudorf was born in 1966, and lives in her native Frankfurt. She studied German and, in 1997, was awarded the Literary Colloquium Berlin’s workshop grant, after which she became a full-time author. Her crime thriller „The Poison Picker”, published as part of nymphenburger’s „Dark Side” series, received widespread critical attention.
