Samy Molcho, born in 1936 in Tel Aviv and now an Austrian citizen, has been on the stage since the tender age of ten. He studied classical, modern and Far Eastern mime and dance. He has been a renowned mime artist since 1964. In 1977 he was appointed a full professor at the world-famous Max-Reinhardt-Seminar in Vienna. He runs his own mime school, has been giving lectures and seminars on body language all over the world since 1980, and has written numerous books.
